At The Birdie Bistro, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you are eligible for either a full refund or a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after use.

All claims are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
